The code of CCBE for the unification of the law of the legal profession

The established directives relating to lawyers 77/249 und 98/5 do not unify the law of the legal profession.  Anymore, this is different at national level. To solve the problem of dublicate rules of law of the legal profession the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) created a uniform European code of rules for the legal profession.
